The Local Enterprise Authority (LEA) herein informs the public that a cautious decision has been taken to cancel the SMME Pitso and Fair that was scheduled to take place in Maun from 26th to 28th March 2020, due to an increasing rate of COVID-19/Corona Virus spread globally and regionally.
This decision is considered a cautionary and preventative measure given that the virus passes easily from one person to the next, and could be exacerbated through crowded gatherings.
